An integrated approach to workplace mental health and suicide prevention
Abstract
Dealing with mental health and suicide in the workplace can be both intimidating and overwhelming. While we have defined processes and tools for managing physical hazards psychological hazards can at times feel like dealing with a mush of ill-defined workplace, social and even biological factors. Jorgen will share his own journey from plumber and construction worker to workplace mental health and suicide prevention advocate. The presentation will also discuss topics such as:
