Mark Cooper

Mark is a OH&S Professional with over 15 years experience in OHS Management, with the last 7 in a Senior role. His academic enquiry into the psychology of safety, and later in leadership for safety performance outcomes, has led to a focus on safety leadership and the development (education and experience) from the shop floor to the executive (C-suite). Focusing more recently on action learning approaches and social learning / social leadership influences.

Mark has combined these enquiries with his interest in positive psychology and human performance (@ work) and developed safety leadership development and coaching approaches that employ the latest in systems-thinking and neuro-psychology. Mark’s passion it to make his experiences and development approaches available for general application by OH&S professionals and other ‘leaders’ in the workplace, for the benefit of successful deployment of interventions to improve OH&S performance everywhere.
