Sarah is the founder and director of Pockets of Brilliance Research Institute. Her work has pioneered new and award winning approaches that leverage teaming, to address safety, culture, change and performance though research and our innovative and award winning HR technology.
Sarah is a nationally registered Psychologist with 18-years experience working globally with clients including ANZ Private Bank, Suncorp, Brisbane City Council, Brisbane Transport, Jacobs Engineering,Boeing Aerospace, BHP Billiton, Rio Tinto, Dyno Nobel Explosives , Peabody Resources, Aker Kvaerner, Xstrata, Ergon Energy, Energex , Queensland Rail. She has worked across industries including mining, oil and gas, explosives, shipping, construction, finance and local / federal government. Sarah has presented globally at events including the United Nations. She is an engaging presenter and facilitator. She has expertise in designing, developing and delivering innovative psychologically based people-solutions that result in sustained organisational change.
At Pockets Of Brilliance, Sarah leads a tribe of Research and Implementation (RI) specialists who collaborate with our partner clients to develop and innovate safety, engagement, and business performance. We integrate psychology, neuroscience and technology in practical ways to drive performance through a focus on people.
